I would love a continous run that didn't fade in and out, and jump from trail to trail.
The new Community Tours circuit features tours which are far more continuous than the classic tours. It’s not 100% continuous (for example if you come to a red light we’ll cross fade past that) however in general these tours are shot in a single location from a start point to an end point. The community tour circuit is still quite experimental and some content will be more contiguous than others. In particular try the Colosseum Loop which is the most contiguous of the initial tour group.

I don't mind it switching locations although I would prefer it if a video just started over if I get to the end, for example, 30 minutes of exercise watching a 15-minute video would just play the video twice.

I 100% agree with this! I really dislike the fades. Put the whole content up, but maybe have a “highlights” tickbox for those who like the fades.

I also don't like the display scenes. Why do I need to have my cycling interrupted to stare at a frigging cow?

Yes, sorry, I was about to get this but also realised it is not continuous - this was a deal breaker for me

I would prefer the continuous trail but can live with the pieces together. Just one thing, please remove the display scenes with nothing to do. I really break the rythm of the running when the video stops for 10 seconds to look a a lake while you continue to run. Thanks

The fade in/out on this app and the fact this is done by drone is what will cause me not to renew my subscription. The scenery is gorgeous, no disputing that, but the movement of the drone is completely unrealistic when I am running on my treadmill. I will stick with Treadmill TV on youtube. Thanks the beautiful videos though.

Also, if you have continuous routes, you could also justify having multiple routes in the same general geographic location. (Instead of just one "Northern Italy" route, you could have many, each one tackling a specific little area.)

I made my own (redundant) thread about this until I realized someone else had suggested it. I'm moving my thoughts here...
a) Yes, a continuous route would have so-called "boring stuff," not the current standard in which we only get "highlights" of a geographic area. However, I'd be fine with that. Seeing something in the distance and then gradually working your way toward it--no matter how unremarkable that distant object is--would provide its own motivational reward.
b) Okay, so you have to reshoot locations in order to implement this idea. I personally think it would be worth. However to be practical, maybe you could do a "test shoot" of an area much closer to Bitgym's homebase to see if the end result is worth it to do more far-away places in the future?
c) It doesn't have to be absolutely seamless. I understand that there will be times when shooting is interrupted. A person or a vehicle might cross your path, etc. I think most people would be fine with subtle fade-transitions in cases where shooting is interrupted, to at least give the impression of continuity.

Yes, I like to create the illusion that I am actually getting somewhere, so I feel cheated when the segment changes every 5 minutes. 30 minutes continuous would be awesome, and if it got boring, we can always change to another run.

the continuous run with no fades and with the save points along the way as it is now would be awsome

Yes. No transitions would be beneficial. No matter where it is on the trail. Just break into many sections. We will find our favorites. As soon as I get engaged, it switches it's disconcerting

There is a provider that's delivering a kind of "real" run with no fade outs. There are some examples at you tube.
For example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hq8XeNiZJgQ -

I appreciate variety, but on beautiful trails like these it's not necessary. It would be good to be able to at least choose a trail without transitions. It would be much more satisfying.

This is very annoying with the fade. Needs to be realistic with the progression. What trails do not have the fade???

I would strongly prefer also contiuous videos (without visible cuts). The sceneries are so beautiful, that it would not be boring at all.

I can appreciate the need to keep the videos interesting. However an occasional downhill bike segment through a downhill hairpin turn would be great.

The speed slider only operates on exercise speed detection--have you turned that off?

Why I try to decrease speed on settings but speed remain the same?

Yes. Me too. What is it with those weird fade transitions?
