    Hi, if you contact support@bitgym.com we can help you understand the buffering issue and offer you some ideas on how to resolve it. In general if you’re seeing a lot of buffering you’ll want to use the Download feature. If you’re seeing crashes from that, that’s very strange and we’d definitely like to talk to you about it!

    my speed is at 8mbps never had problems with videos. Here after 10 minutes or so of workout it starts buffering and it get stuck at 27% or 37% and it doesn't move any more. I also tried to download the circuit and it gets stuck from the beginning at 0%. I'm going to cancel my renewal., Too bad because the idea was good but the program is horrible.

    I just subscribed the premium version to use with my rowing machine. I love it but I think that in the next future you shoud be prepared to provide VR content, since some standalone VR visors like Daydream are already out and Oculus go is just around the corner.

    I agree, I'm looking forward a VR version. and I would pay the bucks for it
