Buffering is really bad. Workout finished before loading!
Hi, if you contact support@bitgym.com we can help you understand the buffering issue and offer you some ideas on how to resolve it. In general if you’re seeing a lot of buffering you’ll want to use the Download feature. If you’re seeing crashes from that, that’s very strange and we’d definitely like to talk to you about it!

my speed is at 8mbps never had problems with videos. Here after 10 minutes or so of workout it starts buffering and it get stuck at 27% or 37% and it doesn't move any more. I also tried to download the circuit and it gets stuck from the beginning at 0%. I'm going to cancel my renewal., Too bad because the idea was good but the program is horrible.

Buffering is so bad on tracking mode, that I switched to manual, which is too bad....I want to be able to use full functionality. I did a speed test for our internet service, and it's way above the recommended..

I was using this app for a month with no major issues....really like it when it works. After the first payment hit my account, none of the worlds load! Buffers for 30 minutes...if not longer, so I am getting zero for my money. Help!!! I have a Note II Samsungs

Hi Robin - I would urge you to contact support directly so we can help you out. To answer your question quickly, on your Note 4 please try to switch out of HD into SD mode by taping the screen during a tour and looking for the "HD VIDEO" button. If it's orange, tap it to disable HD. That will help with the buffering.

I agree. I set up the area, waiting a while while it was buffering. Finished my 7 minute workout and it's still buffering!!! What gives?
