    Really good idea! Very much appreciate the coaching. Working through all. It would be great if there were more cardio / hill climbs as never worked as hard on treadmill as when I did hardest cardio program!

    Yep has happened twice. If I leave app open twice I've come back and it won't open. Only way I can solve it is delete and downloading it again.
