An error occurred while saving the comment Adam commentedI agree. Check out Pear Sports approach to this. It monitors your zone and tells you to kick it up or pull back respectively.
Great idea. I use a printed chart taped to my elliptical. But, I would rather have it logged in a BitGym portal/admin section. This way it can be dynamic and I would see improvement over time. See DigiFit, Pear Sports, or Polar Coach for ideas.
