RPE and heart rate
Some people have manual resistance on a bike or elliptical it's hard to set the right rep. Can you add a way to change or include what you heart rate should be. For example have say "RPE 5 and heart rate 123." With a heart rate of 140 it would say "RPE 7 and heart rate 140. Maybe just have a choice of heart rate or RPE. I love the new coaching trails

Hi from germany! I am 72 and I do have a stent implantated. My heart rate resting is pretty slow like 45-48 with a big heart volume derived earlier from rowing. Heart rates above 86 feel uncomfortable and produce extra beats. In fact I am using my cardio (Kettler C12) for fat burning mainly. With a setting of 6 I have a load of 90 watts. How can I make use of the RPE settings in your wonderful guided tours?

I agree, there should be a correlation between an RPE and a percentage of your maximum heart rate.

You could also make it work on the heart rate for you speed. If the RPE is 7 but your heart rate is not at 140 or more have the trainer tell you to work hard. Good work on so far.
