Allow us to string one route with other(s)
If we could "program" the app to continue on with another route upon completion of another, we could make our workouts as long as we wanted and not be constrained by 55 minutes. This would be great for those training for long distances (marathons) or those who just prefer to workout longer than 55 minutes. Thanks!
Thanks for your comments and votes. We’re thinking about how we might go about this and wanted a little more feedback. Doug (and others) do you always know ahead of time how long you’re going to run, or do you sometimes stay on longer than planned? Do you feel it’s necessary to be able to create a full playlist ahead of time, or would you rather just have us pick a new area for your automatically at the end of your first trail? A full playlist is a lot of work… but a button at the end of a run which says “keep going!” is something we could do reasonable quick.

A "keep going" option could be enough for me although having a prefixed play list would be prefereable!

yes this would be awesome and if you could select the order you want them to be played ahead of time then you could create your own "mix" of runs.

On a Matrix treadmill I used yesterday at my fitness club, the video linked together several different routes to accommodate a longer running/workout time (ie, in excess of 55 minutes). I'm pretty sure it was a Virtual Active video pack. So, I hope your app upgrade will allow for this. It would make sense for you to make this possible, as it likely would drive more video sales among us happy customers! :)

I'd like to make a suggestion in conjunction with a keep going button.... If we had the ability to "rank" the adventures easily, then when the keep going button was hit, it could go to the next tour on our prioritized list. Then we could re prioritize as often as we felt we wanted/needed. Just a thought. I agree, though...in the middle of a workout, it's tough to re-setup another tour/adventure! Thanks!

A button to keep going would be perfect. Sometimes I know that my run is going to be 45 mins but other times I just keep going and would love the opportunity to have a fresh new scene.

Used this app to train for Boston this year...worked great. I would run for a couple of hours at a time while the scenery passed by. Problem is when you are sweaty and many miles into a run - trying to set up a new scenery pack is difficult, sometimes impossible. Your fingers dont key things in too well when heart rate is elevated. Also I had issues with the app crashing while attempting to change routes that would turn an enjoyable run into a frustrating one.
