What to do if Virtual Active downloads don't work

Important: You will never be charged twice for the same purchase (if you make it from the same AppleID)

Download does not start:

For some reason we not fully understand, a subset of users with the 2.6.0 update are effected by this bug.

We have a possible fix, but as you may know it can take a week for the Apple Review process to accept such updates. Here’s what you can do right now to remedy this:

1. If you want a refund you can contact iTunes support and ask for one. We would offer it directly if we could, but literally do not have the power to do so.

2. You can join our beta program to try the latest fix. This would be very helpful! If you would like to join, please understand the following:
* You must have iOS8 to use the TestFlight beta product.
While you beta test, all purchases will be free.
* If you want to join, please contact support with your your Apple ID email (what email you use to log into iTunes and make purchases with)

Your last option is just to do nothing and wait until the end of April while the update is released.

If after purchase you receive a “Receipt validation error”

This error should be fixed, but if you’re still encountering it you should try to buy the content a second time. You will not be charged. If you see this error please create a support ticket and let us know, even if it goes away on the second try.

If nothing is working:

Try deleting the app and re-downloading it from the store.  From there, you can restore your purchases by following the instructions here:
