Loading Preview after purchase

If you purchase a movie and it continually says "Loading Preview" it may mean that you're out of space on the device and the install process has hung up. Please free up 3 GB (3 gigabytes, or 3000 megabytes) of space on the device and try the following:

1. Force close the app and re-open. 

2. If that doesn't start the download, delete the application entirely, download from the store, and press "restore purchases" inside of any workout purchase screen. 

We're aware this is a very poor experience, and are working on more elegant ways to distribute content as a high priority.
