Incorporate some training into the rides
Incorporate some training into the rides (a little like sufferfest) by instructing when to move into a higher cadence/lower gear etc.

Hi thanks for the suggestion! We’re actually working on importing some for February and it’s going to continue to be a focus of 2015.
