Improve visual & audio effects
I have just gone through the first 30 minutes of the Alberta Rockies, chances are I won't see the rest anytime soon as I rarely have enough time, but that's for another suggestion.
I found Alberta Rockies tour to be extremely patronising. Jen appears to assume we are all super-fit athletes and this assumption only annoyed me and made me ignore the guidance. This experience, in my opinion, justifies one of the two one-star reviews of BiyGym on Amazon.
However, what annoyed me about this tour was no way to turn off Jen's narration, no way to turn off the music, and no visual cues. All I wanted was the video and countdown timer with my own music. If I get a significantly fitter, then I will follow Jen's guidance. What I would like are options to remove any and all features beyond the full-screen video.
In terms of audio, please add seperate volume controls for 1) sound effects, 2) narration, 3) my own music.
Thank you for your consideration.
The best work around would be to Albert Rockies Ride inside the North American Bike circuit, which is a non-coached tour. If enough people want it we could explore adding a button to mute the coach, but we’re concerned that adding another button might confuse people. We especially wouldn’t want someone to accidently turn off the coach and not understand why there is no audio.

I agree, be able to mute the coach and music on all the guided tours

Totally agree with the suggestion... Music was ok but found it hard to hear the coach at times over the music. This left me not putting 100% in as I wasn't sure if I was on my last hill or what the recovery time was afterwards.... Graphically shown would help... Like the timer showing how long you've been running. It could also show 1. Countdown and next recovery amount of time etc.
Thanks

The coached versions stop and start. This is really annoying as this could be a nice option. Video problem. I have no trouble with any other trail options - only coached ones.

PLease go back to the design that has all the maps on 1 sliding screen. Humans have the capability to see and ingest visually very fast and the new circular design only serves to slow down the selection process.
The previous design was way way better. Your redesign will cost you my subscription.
