Make the download size for bitgym's videos smaller
My gym does not have WiFi, and I was disappointed to see that the file size to download a BitGym video was 2gb. The same videos only take up 1gb on Virtual Active, but I would have to pay separately for those. I bought the subscription because I wanted to have access to a variety of videos to watch (online or off), and I don't want to have to pay twice in order to have something to watch while at the gym.

Is there the ability to stream videos that are purchased on virtual active? I too bought a video and intended to buy more but am unable to download it due to lack of space, even after clearing up as much as possible

These comments are all true....but I use BitGym for the video quality. Space is a problem with the device not the service.

Please note that you can delete any videos you have already downloaded by going to your Vault Circuit, selecting a downloaded tour, and tapping "Delete" in the top right (the same place where you'd see the "Download" button for non-Vaulted tours). This will free the space back up.
A tour doesn't actually take up 2GB, it uses up about 1GB after the download is complete, similar to a VA video. However, the download process requires two steps, which temporarily requires up to 2GB to complete the download without data corruption.
We will look into ways to reduce the download size, however we prioritize the video quality.

The inability to delete a downloaded video with this app is terrible. My iPad only has so much available storage and at 2gb a video this makes it impossible to download other videos. Currently I have 1.2 GB available and have deleted other apps and items on my iPad to have the videos I downloaded on there. I'm down to barebones and can't delete anything else. Please make an option for deleting videos soon. Thanks!

Agreed. My S5 doesn't have enough available memory to download even one course.
