Cardio 1 and Cardio 2 with Sean O'Malley are great!
Could you add more guided content with this coach?
The music and subliminals are really awesome.
I regret to inform that Coach Sean passed away a few years ago, and there’s limited content we have rights to that works well with BitGym. We are working to get as many of them as we can to you, and finding more coaches of similar quality to work with.
We have some last few gems from Coach Sean that we will release to the community once we’re done editing the matching footage, but unfortunately those may be the last.

Is it possible to get a overview of the different challanges in the cardio sessions.
Ex. Part one - 3 minutes zone 3 - hills x 3. Part 2 - 30 sec zone 4 - sprints x 5 etc

R.I.P. Coach Sean!! I can only hope that in the future someone else can inspire and push us the way he did. Thank you so much for bringing him back into our lives.

Additional cardio sessions would be great, 3 are nicht but more would be better to be able to switch and have more changes and challenges.
It would be awesone to see on the screen how much time is left in each sprint/hill etc.
love the workouts, but fot the amount paid, to only have 3 options on cardio, that is quite dissappointing. -

Why was Cardio Vol3 and Vol5 pulled from your lineup? Vol3 with the level4 challenges was intense! "It's time to burn off some ice-cream".
I hope this is just temporary.

I agree! Sean is great :) I also prefer his %HR guidance over the RP used in the other coaching trails. And the fact that he tells you how long you have to go before the next break or sprint is so helpful. More Please!

Kristen nailed it about Sean's cardio sessions versus the other coached tours you have available - Cardio Coach feels like he is in your head pushing you along, the other coaches are in front of you in a little distracting box.
While your ability to add more Cardio Coach based tours are sadly limited, you would do well to take some inspiration on how Sean motivates you...it is so much more "intimate" (if that's the correct term to use).

I totally agree! The Sean O'Malley Cardio sessions are incredible! Every aspect of these sessions is inspiring: the visuals, the music, the coaching. I like how the coach uses heart rate to help you customize your workout to your own body, providing a feedback loop that most workouts are missing. These sessions are very deftly directed -- no distracting visuals of the coach's face popping up onscreen, inspiring mantras spoken to redefine how you feel about working hard, cool music with the occasional tribal chanting... Feels like you are somewhere else! These two sessions are so great, and I'll have to repeat them every day until you add more because they're just so much more inspiring than any other workout. :)
